Weisenfluh Wednesday: Umami Dinner

AVI's executives made the decision to open Umami, a chinese restaurant in Weisenfluh Dining Hall, for dinner on Wednesday's, as it is typically a lunch-only restaurant. Students have been extremely interested, and the line was consistent for the entire time that it was open from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. If it continues to be successful, the decision will be made to serve dinner at Umami every Wednesday night.
